The Randolph Dance Crew is a performance-geared, audition-based dance ensemble.  Designed to give young dancers their first taste of a dance company atmosphere, RDC amplifies dancers' skills beyond technique to performance.  Working with an elite group of choreographers, RDC members learn to be versatile performers, not only perfecting Jazz, Tap, and Contemporary routines, but also adapting those routines to different venues.

Looking for versatile dancers with a STRONG foundation in tap, jazz and ballet.  The audition will consist of learning 3 pieces of choreography (tap, jazz, contemporary).  **If accepted into RDC; dancers must be registered in at least 2 Randolph Dance classes (tap, jazz, ballet, or hip hop) a week.
