Randolph Young Company provides the opportunity for dedicated young performers to immerse themselves in a professional theatre setting, honing their musical theatre skills and learning the disciplines that will make them well-rounded Triple Threat performers.  The intensive ten-week rehearsal period culminates in a fully-produced musical production with an extended run of performances, reaching far beyond the family-and-friends audience.  In RYC's safe and mentor-led environment, company members will build self-confidence and self-empowerment that extends beyond their own personal experience to their peers.  RYC's young performers are inspired by the realization of their goals, and in turn, will inspire other young people across the community to reach for their dreams.

And they'll have a great time working and forging friendships with other young people who share their interests and passion!
