The staff at RAPA are not only highly trained professionals, but more importantly, are professionals currently working in the performing arts industry. There is a reliance on real-life education at RAPA, with instructors that can teach students based on current experience and knowledge

In addition to the regularly scheduled classes, guest artists from Toronto, New York and Los Angeles conduct workshops, providing students with up-to-the-minute training and advice.

The Academy also boasts an exceptional collection of noted director's and choreographers when producing its final term musicals.
